ENGAGEMENT MANAGER

VIVALDI PARTNERS is a boutique brand strategy consulting firm based in New York with 9 offices between the Americas, Europe and Asia. Our work included partnering with business school professors from Harvard, Tuck and Haas, to apply their thought leadership and methodologies as the consulting framework for clients. The above published works are examples of Vivaldi's thought leaders. Our work focused primarily on marketing strategy & planning; brand management, identity, architecture and positioning. My client work included, Birkenstock, Siemens, Boeing, Dow Chemical, Bertelsman and Fortis Insurance. During my tenure I joined the firm’s leadership team, managed 25% of the firm's revenue, mentored staff and created intellectual capital that contributed to the firm tripling in size in 18 months. I was also responsible for opening and training of the firm’s Germany office.
